Buying a home can be one of the most important financial investments can make in your life. My intention is to make purchasing or selling a home as enjoyable and trouble free as possible. Here is what a few of my clients have to say:

In October of 2005 we visited Nova Scotia to see if this was the place we wanted to immigrate to from England. On our travels around the Province we were introduced to John Knol. We explained our situation that we were visiting and did not even know what area we wanted to live in. Nothing was Much trouble for John. He took us out most days to look at homes in an Area from Truro down to Chester and from Maitland to Lawrence town. He showed us homes in our price range that met our criteria. This gave us a good overview of what we wanted and more importantly, where we wanted to live, when we finally made the move to Nova Scotia.

It took over 2 years to get our visas sorted but in all this time John still kept in touch sending us updates on homes we had seen and new listings. When we finally moved here in June 2007. John helped us during the whole home buying process.

We did finely settle on a house which we are all very happy in. We always recommend John as a realtor to any one who will listen because he is so honest, conscientious. Nothing is to much trouble for him. He gave us 110% and with out him, our move to Canada would not have been smooth and hassle free.
